Paper Submission
Submission Guidelines
- Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review for any other journal or conference at the time of submission.
- All papers must be prepared using the IEEE Conference Template. Authors can download the template from: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- The maximum length of a paper is 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
- The working language of the conference is English, which will be used for all submissions, presentations, printed materials, and discussions.
- The total file size of the submitted paper must not exceed 5 MB.
3.2.1 Submission Process
- All papers must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft CMT (Conference Management Toolkit) system.
- Authors must first create a CMT account using the following link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/docs/help/general/account-creation.html

- Only submissions made through CMT will be considered for review.
3.2.2 IEEE Policies and Ethics
- Papers are reviewed with the understanding that they do not contain plagiarized content and are not double-submitted.
- Any violation related to plagiarism or simultaneous submission will be treated seriously, and IEEE reserves the right to take appropriate action.
- The IEEE Electronic Copyright (eCopyright) Form must be completed by the author or presenter at the time of registration.
- IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from IEEE Xplore if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Camera Ready Guidelines
Authors of accepted papers are required to submit the final (camera-ready) version of their manuscript by incorporating all reviewer comments and complying strictly with the following guidelines.
3.3.1. Paper Formatting
- The camera-ready paper must strictly follow the IEEE Conference Template.
- Templates can be downloaded from: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- The final paper must not exceed 6 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
- Papers exceeding the page limit will not be accepted.
3.3.2. Revisions and Quality Check
- All reviewer comments and suggestions must be addressed carefully.
- Ensure:
Clear formatting and readable figures
High-resolution images and graphs Proper citation of references - The paper must be free from plagiarism and must not be under consideration elsewhere.
3.3.3. PDF Compliance
- The final manuscript must be submitted in PDF format only.
- Authors must ensure the PDF is IEEE Xplore–compatible.
- Fonts must be embedded, and the file must not contain any security restrictions.
- The total file size must not exceed 5 MB.
3.3.4. Submission Process

3.3.5. Copyright and Registration

Registration Guidelines
- Please note that the fees shown in the above table are inclusive of all taxes and levies. Any gateway charges along with applicable taxes or levies, if any, will have to be borne by the registrant.
- IEEE member fees discount is only applicable if an active IEEE membership number is provided in the registration form. IEEE members are requested to upload IEEE membership details during the online registration process, if registering under IEEE category.
- Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomats with a university or another similar institution. The proof of enrollment (Valid Student ID showing name and current status) should be scanned and uploaded on the registration system).
- All registrations include admission to all technical sessions.
- At least one of the authors must complete an author registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference.
- One author registration covers only one paper.
