In the academic domain, our institution, established five Years ago in 2020, has rapidly evolved into a hub for quality education. Alumni Interaction

On March 22, 2025, the Department of MBA at Oriental College of Technology hosted an Alumni Talk titled "Future-Proofing Career: Trends, Opportunities, and Challenges in the Evolving Job Market." The session featured two distinguished alumni from the 2021-2023 batch: Mr. Raj Chouhan, Digital Marketing Executive at Agnito Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and Ms. Preeti Soni, HR Executive at the same organization.

Mr. Chouhan emphasized the significance of digital transformation and the growing role of AI in marketing, urging students to develop data-driven decision-making skills. Ms. Soni discussed emerging HR trends, including the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and soft skills in an increasingly competitive job market. Both speakers shared valuable career insights, industry expectations, and strategies to stay relevant in the evolving professional landscape. Training & Placement

Our Training and Placement Cell at OCT plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between academia and industry.
