DECoN 2025

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, OIST Bhopal, in collaboration with the IEEE Student Branch, is organizing the IEEE International Conference on Data, Energy and Communication Networks (IC-DECoN 2025), sponsored by the IEEE MP Section. Distinguished faculty and eminent researchers from premier institutions across India will chair the technical sessions, adding immense value to this globally recognized conference. The conference received over 1,700 research paper submissions from the USA, UK, Japan, Australia, and several other countries across the globe, out of which 141 authors registered and are actively participating in DECoN 2025. The two-day conference (12–13 December 2025), featuring insightful discussions, impactful research presentations, and meaningful global collaboration.

From the precision of carrom to the endurance of slow cycle racing,Power lifting, every sport is a chance to push your limits and claim your glory. DJ NIGHT at Oriental lit up the campus as ELECTRO BROTHERS and DJ JAZZ dropped fire tracks, and the fashion walk finale stole the spotlight with the dazzling Senorita Soni and dashing Anas Khan owning the stage. The grand finale, however, was nothing short of magical. The mesmerizing performance by the incredibly talented Madhubanti Bagchi set the stage on fire. Dressed in their best, students danced their hearts out, and for a moment, it felt like the fest would never end.
TechAcme 2K23 06 Jul 2024 TechAcme is a annual Techno-Cultural Fest of Oriental Institute of Science and Technology that comprised of events covering diversified arenas of culture, technology and art. TechACME2k23 included various fascinating technical events like LAN Gaming, RoboRace, Talent Start Light, Assemble Disassemble, Project Presentation, Circuit designing Traditional Fashion Show and many more. The grand fiesta evening by Rashmeet Kaur , the celebrity singer, mesmerized the gathering of more than 2500 audience with her songs. Knowledge exchange, fun and experiential learning happened throughout at large scale. The inaugural ceremony of Tech Acme took place on 6 April’23, in the OIST Auditorium. The programme was successfully conducted under the chief hospitality of Prof(Dr.) Sunil Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal along with Guest of honour, Dr. Shrikant Patil, MD, CRISP, Bhopal. The program witnessed the gracious presence of Shri Jaywardhan Joshi, Co-Convenor, Professional Cell BJP, Shri Praveen Thakral, Chairman, Oriental Group of Institutes.
RACE 2k22 06 Jul 2024 Department of Civil Engineering, Oriental Institute of Science and Technology Bhopal, has organized Springer-International conference on "Recent Advancements in Civil Engineering" - RACE 2k22 on October 14- 15. It was inaugurated by Dr Neeraj Saxena, Advisor- I AICTE, New Delhi. 80 papers were presented in 09 technical sessions.
